(IPS) provides full scope Employment Services, Employment Specialists are embedded in three MH services teams. AACI, Gardner Health Services and Central Wellness Benefit Center.

Eligibility

• Mutual Consumers of AACI, Gardner Health Services and Central Wellness Benefit Center

• Resident of Santa Clara County

• Age 18 or over, who have a mental health diagnosis and desire to work
