CCSCC Request For Proposal

CCSCC seeks a qualified vendor to review and assess the current organizational culture with an aim to classify, describe, and document the current culture and subcultures, identify areas of strengths and barriers to integration of services and systems, and provide recommendations for prospective action to start shifting our culture to one that better fosters collaboration, open communication, and learning.

Vendors interested in submitting their statement of qualifications and rates for consideration by CCSCC in response to this Request for Proposal (RFP) must submit the information requested no later than 5:00 PM PST on Friday, April 15, 2022.

Minority Business Enterprises, Small Businesses, and Women-Owned Businesses are encouraged to apply.  

Questions Prior to Submission

Should you have any questions regarding submitting a response to the RFP, please submit your questions in writing no later than 5:00 PM PST on Monday, April 4, 2024, to the attention of: Jennifer Long, Director of Compliance and QA, by email at jlong@catholiccharitiesscc.org. Inquiries received after the stated deadline will not receive a response. All inquiries must include an email to receive a response.

All vendor inquiries received will be responded to via email by 5:00 PM PST on Thursday, April 7, 2022

Questions And Answers Request For Proposal

1. Is there a budget that CCSCC has identified for the Organization Cultural Assessment scope of work?
CCSCC expects all budgets to be consistent with the services that are proposed.

2. For the submission process, would CCSCC like for all documents, including the requested “attachments,” to be built and submitted as one singular PDF, or would the attachments exist separately outside of the one PDF with Attachment A (cover page) and the 6-page response?
A. For example, can our certificate of insurance be submitted as a separate attachment to the email?
The final submission to CCSCC should be one singular PDF.

3. On page 8, section 4: Required Attachments, the first bullet states that the vendor must have proof that we’ve applied for a City of San Jose Business Tax Certificate or affirm we will have applied prior to the start of services. If we are licensed and registered outside of California, do we need to also apply with the City of San Jose?
