Help for Job Seekers

The programs offer individual and group employment preparation services that include resume writing, job application, mock interviews, informational interviews, and/or hygiene and grooming appropriate to meet employment expectations, employer/employee relationships, and/or overcoming any other identified barriers to employment. Staff work directly with employers to develop specific jobs to match client’s abilities, experience and skill levels as well as to meet the employer’s needs for full or part-time workers and assist clients in their job search. Catholic Charities Employment Network (CCEN) provides Employment Services to approximately 400 individuals a year. All placements are competitive employment and in every industry in Santa Clara County such as retail, food, construction, tech, education, healthcare, legal, hospitality, and service.
