CalWORKs Mental Health ServicesWe serve clients who are welfare recipients with Welfare-toWork (WTW) requirements and in collaboration with SSA and SSA Community Providers (e.g., Community Colleges and Adult Education Schools).
Eligibility
Available 18+ and older, residents of Santa Clara County with full-scope Medi-Cal Benefits.
Services Offered
In-home assessment
Case Management
Crisis Intervention
Treatment, including medication management and counseling
Education for providers working with adults with behavioral health problems
Support to adults and training to their family and community caregivers
Medication Evaluation and Management
Languages Spoken
English, Spanish, Vietnamese
