• If you are currently in Afghanistan, please check the U.S. Embassy website regularly for information about relocation and repatriation.

• You may also email the DOS with a clear description of your request or question at: HAfghanInquiries@state.gov.

• Contact the National Visa Center (NVC) if you have an approved I-360 petition and have questions regarding your case status at NVCSIV@state.gov or call 1-603-334-0700.

• Contact the USCIS Nebraska Service Center for general questions about filing SIV Form I-360 at sivtranslator.nsc@dhs.gov.

• Public inquires to the NVC are directed to the federal U.S. Department of State’s inquiry form found on the Travel.State.Gov (TSG) website
