Catholic Charities has a long history of welcoming refugees and immigrants. As our community prepares to welcome Afghan arrivals, Catholic Charities offers supportive services to those who do not immediately quality for resettlement benefits or need assistance post-resettlement. Our services include, but are not limited to:
Our Immigration Legal Services team can support with family visa petitions, SIV applications, Humanitarian Parole, Adjustment of Status, and citizenship applications. Contact: 408-468-0100.
Catholic Charities John XXIII Gardner Healthcare Clinic
Free primary healthcare, pharmacy assistance, and COVID-19 vaccine distribution. No medical insurance required. Multilanguage interpreters available from 8am – 12pm Monday-Friday. Walk-ins available. Located at: 195 E. San Fernando St., San Jose.
Provides full scope employment services which includes individualized Employment Preparation, Job Development, assistance with Job Search, Job Placement, and Job Retention. Contact: 408-325-5285. Location: 2625 Zanker Road, San Jose.

Parish Engagement
