As our community prepares to welcome Afghan arrivals, Catholic Charities offers supportive services to those who do not immediately quality for resettlement benefits or need assistance post-resettlement. Catholic Charities John XXIII Gardner Healthcare Clinic
Free primary healthcare, pharmacy assistance, and COVID-19 vaccine distribution. No medical insurance required. Multilanguage interpreters available from 8am – 12pm Monday-Friday. Walk-ins available. Located at: 195 E. San Fernando St., San Jose.
Provides full scope employment services which includes individualized Employment Preparation, Job Development, assistance with Job Search, Job Placement, and Job Retention. Contact: 408-325-5285. Location: 2625 Zanker Road, San Jose.

Parish Engagement
