Welcome Cecilia Bynum
Catholic Charities welcomes Cecilia Bynum to the agency’s Office of Development staff. Cecilia joined the team in September as Senior Director of Planned Giving & Corporate Relations.
Cecilia was Vice President of Investments for Atlas Securities for over 10 years before transitioning into the nonprofit sector. She has led efforts at organizations including RealOptions, Silicon Valley Community Foundation and Second Harvest Food Bank, building their planned giving programs working with donors to facilitate Planned and Major gifts through complex and retirement assets.
"We are called to be the hands and feet of Christ,” Cecilia says. “I have the opportunity to live this out through the amazing work of Catholic Charities, where I help disrupt poverty through philanthropy and the stewarding of funds to protect and support our programs and services, which further our beliefs and values in loving service to God."
