Project Coordinator duties include learning the details about the AWARDS software and the County Unicare system/software, collaborating with Behavioral Health software champions and users, providing consultation and training to Behavioral staff on the software, leading the user group, and collaborating with IT staff on AWARDS implementation and configuration. Coordination of referrals/intake/.admission/appointments

General reception duties including receiving, screening and directing visitors, answering telephone calls and routing calls appropriately, and providing information about CCSCC and/or alternate resources. Providing clerical support when needed.

Project Coordinator:
Proactive, self -starter with a high degree of attention to details using analytical skills; ability to identify data entry, report and process problems; ability to communicate clearly and effectively with all members of the staff regarding the AWARDS software requirements; organizational skills in leading the user group,with attention to how reports can be developed and used by managers and service providers.

Coaches user participants to enter data correctly and to check for errors. Prepares reports on system implementation and maintenance to the Management, Quality Management and Quality Assurance Committees. Collaborates with the IT Manager and staff to facilitate implementation.

A high degree of professionalism is required of the front lobby receptionist since this position represents Catholic Charities to clients, corporate sponsors and the community at large. Attendance and punctuality are conditions of employment in this position. Bilingual Spanish/English skills or Bilingual/ Vietnamese/English preferred.

Customer Service and Telephone Skills: Receptionist duties include greeting clients, providing customer service, switchboard/answering telephones/demonstrating professional telephone etiquette, routing calls correctly, taking complete messages, obtaining information from staff members about their schedules, notifying staff members about client arrivals, managing the restroom key. And updating or expanding the resource/reference list.

General Office Skills: Use copy, fax and other office equipment.

Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
Experience: Two years previous experience working on data systems projects or comparable project management and implementation; experience as a trainer; experience in working directly with customers.

Required knowledge, skills & abilities:
Demonstrates computer skills with Excel, Power Point, WORD and other software
Demonstrated superior time management skills.
Able to multi-task; uses good judgment and decision-making.
Fluent written and oral English

Excellent customer service and communications: energetic, friendly, flexible, dependable.

Sensitivity in working with a wide range of clients and demands; ensure client confidentiality in all cases.

Productive in completing data entry in a prompt and timely manner.

Attention to details and confidence in advising and training others.

Patience in working with data entry individuals unfamiliar with computer and data entry processes.

Proactive in implementing continuous improvements to front lobby operations.

Provides outstanding telephone/switchboard skills.

Team player who contributes to the overall success of the mission through positive interactions while serving the mission of CCSCC.

Physical Requirements:
Lifting up to 20 lbs.
Working Conditions:
Excellent attendance and punctuality are a requirement of the position.
Customer driven environment; frequent interruptions.
