GENERAL NATURE OF POSITION:
RLEI Office Assistant is an administrative position that oversees the collection, tracking and analysis of the data generated by the RLEI program manager and case managers.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform
Troubleshoots reports of cases in progress
Improves operation of CRM platform
Train case managers and other users on utilizing the CRM platform
Assist the program manager in the execution of program outreach, marketing and fundraising efforts to deliver the mission of RLEI
Supports the program manager to assure internal quality assurance, audit, and evaluation and documentation functions.
Supports the program manager with timely submittal of correct documentation and activity reports with employee payroll and data entry.
1) Required knowledge, skills & abilities:
Five years of office management experience
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
One to three years of experience tracking and managing client data
Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, multi-faceted, changing non-profit office
Computer skills using Windows Office platform
3) Experience required:
3 years experience in office management positions
4) Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift 25 pounds
Valid California drivers license and personal automobile
Liability insurance according to agency requirements
Hiring Range: Contingent on education, experience and language skills
